Mailing List
Seems we had a broken mailing list
I was recently informed that our mailing list was broken. After investigation, I discovered that when I migrated the website back to a Canadian provider in late February 2020, I had not migrated the mailing list before we had the COVID lockdown and it never got completed. That has been corrected for those interested. I’ll post to the list to verify, but it should be live now.
[ocbug] And we kick off tomorrow with the first day of tutorials…
Just reminding folks that BSDCan is getting underway on Wednesday with the first day of tutorials.
It appears that the mailing list functionality has been restored and we can now post to the list again.

November Meeting: Thursday, Nov 10, 2011
This Thursday evening at Cafe Colonnade on Metcalfe and Gilmore, 18:00
No special topics, maybe some discussion on the upcoming release and that mini install we were considering.
For the hardware collectors, I have a few spare parts I’ll be bringing along if anyone is interested. I would prefer to give away some before I drop them off for recycling. There is also a Toshiba T6400 “laptop” in fully operational condition. Requires 120v to run, plasma display.
I think I have configured the website to automatically post mailing list entries for those who don’t do the mailing list thing. We’ll see how that works out.
